Position Title: People & Operations Administrator
Location: Frisco, Texas (Onsite only – No remote)
Experience: 0–2 years

Position Overview

The People & Operations Coordinator / Business Operations Executive will support the company’s administrative, financial, and HR functions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while assisting with employee support, vendor coordination, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring HR documentation compliance.
  • Support payroll processing, expense reimbursements, and vendor payment coordination.
  • Prepare and record accounting entries and assist in monthly expense tracking and reconciliation.
  • Manage daily office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facility coordination.
  • Maintain and organize administrative records, invoices, and reports for internal audits.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and internal communication support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field..
• 0–2 years of professional experience or internship in HR, Accounts, or Administration.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
•Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
